Design Features

Peerless Electric designs 3-phase motors from 1/20 to 50 HP in frame sizes from 4" to 13.25" diameter laminations. Polyphase squirrel cage induction motors are designed for across the line or increment starting as desired. This type of motor is extremely rugged and reliable, providing most satisfactory performance for constant speed applications.

Peerless Electric also designs polyphase induction motors and motor parts for variable speed applications in conjunction with many SCR drives on the market today.

Polyphase Motors

Size Range: 1/20 to 50 horsepower, 690, 850, 1150, 1750, 3500 RPM. The polyphase Squirrel Cage Induction Motor can handle heavy-duty requirements. Design is varied to obtain various starting and operating characteristics.

Motor Modifications Available

Peerless Electric will custom design and build a motor to meet your exact specifications. We may already have your motor design in our comprehensive file of special motors. Some of the motor modifications that are available are:
