Low Voltage DC Lift Pump - Power Steering Motors

Peerless Electric low voltage DC lift pump and power steering motors fill an important need in the design application of mobile vehicles widely used in industrial material handling systems. A custom designed motor - pump package (Peerless Electric motor integrated with required power for lift and power steering functions of battery operated vehicles and machines. Peerless Electric lift pump motors and power steering motors are available for 12, 24, 36, 48, or 72 volt DC battery systems with horsepower rate from 1 thru 15 HP.

Lift pump and power steering motors are low voltage, multipolar design DC motors with a duty cycle range from 10% thru continuous duty and efficiencies in excess of 85%. Pump motors are supplied in lift pump frames D56 thru D225. For added thermal protection, Class "F" insulation is standard for all Peerless Electric lift pump and power steering motors.

Lift Pump and power steering motors are engineered to the customer's specific mounting requirements to insure proper selection of motor - pump combination. We can supply motors in both open, totally enclosed non-ventilated, totally enclosed fan-cooled, and to type "E" and type "EE" standards of the Underwriter's Laboratory. Other ratings and mechanical modifications can be tailored to meet various types of hydraulic pumps or any batter powered application.
