The Value Analysis Committee at Peerless Electric consists of members from sales, production control, engineering, purchasing, supervision, and production workers. Its purpose is to maintain the highest standards while keeping costs under control by re-design, reducing material costs, and constant review of production methods. This is an important function to our Total Improvement Function. All changes must be approved by all department heads and the customer before they are put into effect.
